Dr. Juliana Yanguas
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida and Maryland. I have had the opportunity to travel around the world and appreciate the variety of cultures, beliefs, and values. I have lived in the United States, France, Italy, Colombia, and China. I speak English, Spanish, and French.
When I start therapy with a new patient, the first thing I let them know is that the only expert in the room about themselves or their child is ONLY themselves and my only job is to empower them by sharing my expertise in psychological knowledge and skills for them to implement and address targeted goals.
My approach is to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and warm environment in which you will be authentically heard and empowered. Ultimately, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where together we establish goals specific to your needs and work collaboratively to accomplish those goals.
